Salisbury Hotel

The staff are generally lovely but one staff member with red hair biggish build constantly talks nasty behind her coworkers back to customers and rolls her eyre at them whilst belittling them. She even did this to the duty manager whilst she was talking for only us to see.
On Tuesday I caught her bitching about us because the new specials had changed for dinner and we were questioning how the special worked. This staff member is a total bully to staff and customers. We have ignored this for so long now but that night it was my turn. She got me so upset I requested to see the duty manager then proceeded to argue with me in front of the duty manager. This is far from customer service. This employee is rude to all, interrupts conversations, walks around looking busy whilst others actually work, and is a downright bully to all. You do not argue with customers who are enquring, you do not cut ppl off and degrade ppl. I felt embarrassed by the interaction and I could not eat my dinner after this. I am Deeply concerned about the staff and other customers.
