I bought a new watch yesterday at approx 2.40pm. I set the watch but by the time I got to the bus stop the watch wasn't working. I tried again this time winding it but it still wouldn't work. I haven't been able to come back in today but can come in tomorrow. Can I have either another watch that works or a refund?
